Easy Installation
Measure
Accurately measure the installation area to determine tile dimensions.
Mark cutting lines on the tiles as needed.
Cut
Use a utility knife to cut the tiles along the marked lines.
For complex shapes, make precise cuts to ensure a perfect fit.
Apply Adhesive
Use a caulking gun to evenly apply tile adhesive to the back of the tile.
Ensure full coverage for strong adhesion.
Align & Press
Position the tile carefully and press firmly onto the substrate.
Adjust alignment as needed before the adhesive sets.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please also have your order number or proof of purchase ready.

- Returns caused by us (damaged, defective, or wrong item): we cover the return shipping cost.
- Returns caused by the customer (changed your mind): return shipping is paid by the customer.
Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
Damaged, Defective & Non-Returnable Items ▼
Damaged or Defective: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours at inno@innostickers.com if your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include photos so we can evaluate and make it right — usually with a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: samples and custom-made products.
3-Year Warranty ▼
Every Inno Stickers product comes with a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your tile or panel shows a defect under normal use, contact us and we'll replace it free of charge.
This warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear.
